Necessidades de alfabetização física em esportes eletrônicos: revisão da literatura

Este estudo visa identificar as necessidades e a importância da literacia física nos esports e desenvolver uma nova compreensão das formas de literacia física que podem ser aplicadas aos atletas de esports. Esta pesquisa qualitativa utilizou uma abordagem de revisão de literatura de vários bancos de dados em Esports Research Network (ERN), Frontier, MDPI, PLOS, Human Kinetick, PubMed, ResearchGate e Taylor & Francis. Existem 12 resultados de pesquisas nas bases de dados. Os resultados identificaram necessidades físicas cruciais para atletas de esportes eletrônicos, como força, resistência, equilíbrio e flexibilidade. Além disso, este estudo também encontrou várias formas existentes de literacia física, tais como programas específicos de exercício físico e educação para a saúde, mas nem todos os atletas têm necessariamente acesso suficiente ou compreensão desta literacia. Com base nestas conclusões, recomenda-se o desenvolvimento de um programa de exercício físico adaptado às necessidades individuais, devendo ser dada atenção à inclusão da literacia física com meios apropriados para que esta seja entregue aos atletas de forma eficaz. As implicações deste estudo incluem benefícios para atletas, treinadores, organizações de esportes eletrônicos, pesquisadores, mídia e o público em geral, aumentando a compreensão da importância da saúde física e da alfabetização física nos esportes eletrônicos. Seguindo as sugestões propostas, esforços mais eficazes podem ser feitos para melhorar a saúde, o desempenho e o bem-estar dos atletas de esportes eletrônicos no futuro.
