Comparação entre júnior e recreativo de acordo com a resposta de carga interna e externa no futebol

Resumo

As características das partidas de futebol costumam ser de média e alta intensidade. A medição da resposta da frequência cardíaca e do perfil de atividade pode ser usada para avaliar o desempenho físico dos jogadores ao planejar o programa apropriado. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as diferenças entre a resposta da frequência cardíaca e o perfil de atividade em jogadores de futebol juvenil e recreativo. A técnica de amostragem utilizada foi a amostragem proposital. 24 jogadores de futebol do sexo masculino (12 juniores, idade 11,58 ± 0,28 anos, 142,25 ± 8,74 cm, 34,5 ± 6,42 kg) e (12 recreativos, idade 32,7 ± 1,38 anos, 170,67 ± 3,92 cm, 73,42 ± 5,33 kg) foram submetidos a sessões de simulação de jogo de 15 minutos. cada um gravado usando Polar Verity Sense e Catapult One para capturar dados de carregamento internos e externos. Os dados foram analisados ​​utilizando o teste U de Mann Whitney para determinar a diferença entre as frequências cardíacas de jogadores juniores e recreativos. Os resultados mostraram que houve diferença significativa entre a FCmédia em jogadores juniores (166,1 ± 17,2) e jogadores recreativos (155,3 ± 10,5), bem como a FCmáx em juniores (193,1 ± 12,3) e recreativos (176,0 ± 10,0) ( p < 0,05). Além disso, na variável velocidade máxima (6,20 ± 0,68) e também aceleração máxima (4,52 ± 0,39) há diferença significativa (p < 0,05). Este estudo conclui que existe diferença significativa na resposta da frequência cardíaca, mas no perfil de atividade apenas nas variáveis ​​velocidade máxima e aceleração máxima entre jogadores de futebol.
