Resumo

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a melhoria nas habilidades para a vida entre adolescentes que recebem um programa de habilidades para a vida e adolescentes que não recebem um programa de habilidades para a vida em jogos aquáticos na adolescência que estejam integrados ao desenvolvimento positivo dos jovens. Esta pesquisa adota uma abordagem quantitativa que integra habilidades para a vida e o desenvolvimento positivo dos jovens por meio de brincadeiras aquáticas. A população utilizada nesta pesquisa foram alunos da Unidade de Atividades Estudantis Aquáticas (UKM) da Universidade de Garut e a amostra da pesquisa foi determinada através de uma técnica de amostragem total utilizando os 20 alunos que participaram do UKM Aquático. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi o questionário Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS), desenvolvimento i. Esse instrumento foi aplicado em amostras com faixa etária de 17 a 21 anos, ou seja, adolescentes, em seguida as amostras foram selecionadas aleatoriamente para determinar os grupos experimental e controle entre os grupos que receberam o programa de habilidades para a vida e os grupos que não receberam. receber o programa de habilidades para a vida. Este instrumento contém 8 indicadores de competências para a vida, nomeadamente trabalho em equipa, definição de objetivos, gestão de tempo, competências emocionais, comunicação intrapessoal, competências sociais, liderança, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisões. A análise dos dados utilizada nesta pesquisa inclui o teste de normalidade, teste de homogeneidade. e teste de hipóteses através do processamento dos dados utilizando o Statistical Product Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) versão 25. Os resultados da pesquisa foram obtidos com um valor T calculado de 3,496 > T tabela 2.101, então Ho rejeitou e Ha aceitou, para que possa ser concluído que há um aumento nas habilidades para a vida entre adolescentes que receberam o programa de habilidades para a vida e adolescentes que não receberam o programa de habilidades para a vida. Isto confirma que o programa de competências para a vida que se integra ao desenvolvimento positivo dos jovens através dos jogos aquáticos tem um significado importante na qualidade dos recursos humanos dos adolescentes no desempenho das suas atividades diárias.
