Teste de validade do teste de força muscular dos isquiotibiais para atletas de handebol

O objetivo deste estudo foi testar a validade da força muscular dos isquiotibiais de atletas de handebol. Participaram 30 atletas de handebol com categorias de 15 atletas do sexo masculino (18,0 ± 5,1 anos, peso 62,6 ± 20,7 kg, altura 173,6 ± 5,0 cm, IMC 22,1 ± 4,0 kg/m2) e feminino (18,0 ± 5,1 anos, peso 54,6). ± 17,4 kg, altura 164,7 ± 6,9 cm, IMC 21,4 ± 2,2 kg/m2). Nenhum histórico de lesões nos membros inferiores participou de um teste de força dos isquiotibiais. Os testes de força dos isquiotibiais são realizados isometricamente com testes ISO Prone e ISO 60 usando ferramentas Nordbord e células de carga fixadas usando ganchos chamados pabletest. A partir dos resultados do teste existe um nível de validade de 0,000 com uma fiabilidade de 0,8, pelo que pode-se dizer que os dados são válidos em ambos os testes, nomeadamente ISO propenso e ISO 60. As células de carga em ptablets podem medir a força dos isquiotibiais músculos no handebol. Atletas. As vantagens das células de carga de tablet podem ser obtidas de forma simples, mas nem todos conseguem gerar dados que possam ser interpretados. Outras pesquisas podem ser conduzidas usando diferentes contrações, como excêntricas, e aumentando ainda mais o número de sujeitos de pesquisa através do desenvolvimento de software melhor.
