A dinâmica da vitória: explorando os padrões de movimento de atletas femininas de Jiu-Jitsu brasileiro em vitórias e derrotas por meio da análise de tempo-movimento

Resumo

Na busca por compreender a dinâmica da luta feminina do Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro (BJJ), esta pesquisa investiga o mundo das vitórias e das derrotas. Ao comparar a análise de tempo e movimento com base em diferentes resultados, pretendemos revelar os padrões de movimento da vitória. Nossa amostra incluiu 209 vitórias (W) versus 209 derrotas (L) em lutas internacionais de Jiu-Jitsu feminino, apresentando um quadro completo do cenário de combate. Através da análise de tempo e movimento, exploramos várias fases do sparring do Jiu-Jitsu, como abordagem, luta, transição, controle lateral, preparação, ataque, defesa, movimento de baixa intensidade e tempo total. Os resultados estatísticos destacam diferenças significativas entre vencedores e perdedores em aspectos-chave das lutas. Notavelmente, controle lateral (W = 47,7 [27,8; 96,5] S vs. L = 27,3 [20,3; 41,9] S), montagem (W = 40,0 [16,6; 85,9] S vs. L = 15,9 [6,1; 25,6] S) , Ataque (W = 50,1 [28,6; 86,7] S vs. L = 16,6 [7,7; 35, 6; 38,2] S vs. L = 38,8 [17,7; 77,0] S) e movimento de baixa intensidade (W = 55,9 [23,4] ; 132,2] S vs. L = 111,5 [58,7; 225,6] s) revelou diferenças entre vencedores e perdedores. As implicações se estendem à psicologia do esporte e ao treinamento de judô, fornecendo insights para melhorar o desempenho, otimizar programas de treinamento e tomar decisões estratégicas durante o combate.

Bianca Miarka , Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro

Tiene una beca del Programa de Jóvenes Científicos de Nuestro Estado FAPERJ y profesor de judo en la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro, pertenece a la facultad del Programa de Posgrado en Educación Física de la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro (UFRJ) y el programa asociado entre la Universidad De Juiz de Fora y Viçosa (UFJF / UFV). Es un ex atleta internacional en el equipo de remo y el equipo brasileño de judo, con títulos internacionales. Al comienzo de su carrera docente, el trabajo se desarrolló en instituciones educativas y centros deportivos con escolares, para luego componer el grupo de técnicos de la selección principal de la ciudad de Londrina. Participó activamente en el grupo de investigación en Psicología del Deporte. En el área técnico-táctica, se aconsejó a atletas que eran medallistas olímpicos, como Leandro Guilheiro. Realizó un postdoctorado en la Universidad Federal de Pelotas (2017), tiene un doctorado en Biodinámica de la Escuela de Educación Física y Deporte de la Universidad de São Paulo (2014). Graduado en Ciencias del Deporte (2005) y especialización en Entrenamiento Deportivo (2007) de la Universidad Estatal de Londrina y maestría en Educación Física de la Escuela de Educación Física y Deporte de la Universidad de São Paulo (2010). Su investigación se centra en el análisis de rendimiento técnico-táctico, psicobiología y neurociencia en deportes y peleas.
