Profesor titular del Departamento de Pedagogía de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación. Universidad de Granada. Es miembro del Grupo de Investigación PESEVA, “Pedagogía Social y Educación en Valores” (HUM-1073) y del Instituto de la Paz y los Conflictos (IPAZ) de la Universidad de Granada. Su actividad investigadora se desarrolla en estudios de violencia y sus respuestas desde la educación para la paz.
