A prontidão tecnológica e a psicologia se correlacionam com o desempenho acadêmico de estudantes-atletas de elite em nível universitário?

Resumo

Após o período da COVID-19, o desempenho académico entre os estudantes-atletas de elite não apresentou qualquer melhoria e os principais fatores exatos que contribuíram para o desempenho académico ainda não são conhecidos. Além disso, as evidências limitadas em pesquisas anteriores que examinam a relação entre a prontidão tecnológica e psicológica com o desempenho acadêmico entre estudantes-atletas de elite no nível universitário tornaram-se uma lacuna neste estudo. Portanto, este estudo investigou a relação entre variáveis ​​de prontidão tecnológica e psicológica e desempenho acadêmico. Neste estudo, foi adotada uma investigação correlacional na qual participaram oitenta e cinco estudantes-atletas de elite do primeiro ano da Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Indonésia). A prontidão tecnológica e psicológica foi medida por meio de um questionário, enquanto o desempenho acadêmico foi medido por meio de respostas a perguntas sobre futebol, basquete e vôlei. O posto de Spearman foi utilizado para investigar a relação de cada variável. Observamos vários achados neste estudo. Primeiramente, houve relação entre a variável prontidão tecnológica e desempenho acadêmico. Em segundo lugar, havia uma relação psicológica entre o desempenho acadêmico. Terceiro, houve uma relação entre a prontidão tecnológica e psicológica e o desempenho acadêmico. Assim, destacamos que o nível de desempenho acadêmico dos estudantes-atletas de elite no primeiro ano esteve intimamente relacionado à preparação tecnológica e psicológica.
