Melhorando a condição psicofisiológica de alunos do ensino médio por meio de o programa de educação olímpica durante a pandemia de Covid-19

O artigo tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto da proposta do programa "Educação Olímpica" no estado físico e psicoemocional de crianças do ensino médio. Materiais e métodos. Realizamos pesquisas em escolas especializadas de Chernivtsi e 34 crianças de 13 a 14 anos participaram dos experimentos. Testamos a eficácia experimentalmente. Um grupo de 16 meninos e 18 meninas estavam envolvidos nas atividades extracurriculares com base no programa proposto. Resultados. Os resultados da experiência transformadora comprovaram que a implementação do programa inovador contribuiu para um aumento significativo dos indicadores referentes ao estado físico e psicoemocional de crianças de 13 a 14 anos. A utilização de um grande arsenal de jogos para celular e atividades online contribuiu para prováveis mudanças (р<0,05; р<0,001) nos indicadores que caracterizam o sistema respiratório, principalmente o tempo de retenção da respiração na inspiração e na expiração aumentou em ambos os grupos. A implementação do programa de educação olímpica contribuiu para uma provável (p<0,05; p<0,001) melhoria da grande maioria das qualidades volitivas em ambos os grupos. Conclusões. Os resultados obtidos durante a experiência pedagógica atestam a eficácia do inovador programa de educação olímpica na melhoria do estado físico e psicoemocional das crianças do ensino secundário.
