Efeitos de jogar três partidas consecutivas de futebol no salto vertical, percepção subjetiva de esforço e bem-estar em jogadores de futebol sub-16 e sub-19

Resumo

Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar el efecto jugar varios partidos amistosos de fútbol en días consecutivos sobre la fatiga neuromuscular evaluada con el salto con contramovimiento (CMJ), percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo (PSE) de la sesión y el bienestar en jugadores jóvenes de futebol. Participantes: Quarenta e quatro jovens jogadores de futebol do sexo masculino Sub 16 (S16) (N= 23; idade: 14,70 ± 0,48 anos) e S19 (N= 19; idade: 17,63 ± 0,52 anos). Métodos: A avaliação do CMJ e Wellness foi realizada antes e após o jogo. O PSE foi registrado 30 minutos após cada partida. O tamanho do efeito (ES) foi calculado usando d-Cohen e a significância estatística foi estabelecida em p < 0,05. Resultados: [S16]: diferenças no CMJ entre a última e a primeira partida (p < 0,001) e a segunda (p < 0,001). Foram observadas diferenças em fadiga, dor e estresse (p<0,05). [S19]: diferenças no CMJ foram observadas quando os valores pré e pós-partida foram comparados (p < 0,001) e também quando a última partida foi comparada com a primeira (p < 0,001) e a segunda (p < 0,001 ). Diferenças foram observadas apenas com o segundo e terceiro jogos nas variáveis ​​sono, estresse e humor (p < 0,05). Conclusão: Neste cenário de torneios de treinamento, é importante que os preparadores físicos proponham soluções práticas que possam diminuir o acúmulo de fadiga, pois isso pode influenciar no estado de bem-estar e desempenho físico dos jogadores, e no possível aumento de lesões.
