Efeitos do exercício combinado (aeróbico e resistido) na composição corporal e condição física de pacientes e sobreviventes de câncer de mama. Uma revisão sistemática de ensaios clínicos

Resumo

Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática sobre os efeitos do exercício combinado de força e resistência aeróbica na aptidão física e composição corporal em pacientes com câncer de mama e sobreviventes, independentemente da terapia adjuvante. Métodos: Foi realizada uma busca sistemática com base na Declaração Prisma 2020, com descritores entre junho e dezembro de 2021 nas bases de dados Science Direct, Lilacs, Cochrane Library e PubMed, os títulos foram posteriormente selecionados quanto à adequação de acordo com o objetivo da revisão e Por fim, os resumos dos artigos selecionados foram lidos para filtrar por critérios de elegibilidade, incluindo ensaios clínicos randomizados e não randomizados. foram avaliados 355 artigos; A qualidade da publicação e o risco de viés de cada artigo foram avaliados por meio de leitura crítica. Resultados: Por fim, foram incluídos 13 estudos, envolvendo 879 mulheres maiores de idade, em estágio inicial de câncer de mama, submetidas a diferentes regimes de quimioterapia, radioterapia ou terapia hormonal, que participaram de diferentes programas combinados de exercícios de força e resistência aeróbica. Melhorias significativas foram encontradas em 〖VO〗_2máx, bem como em 〖FC〗_máx em programas de 12 a 16 semanas desenvolvidos em intensidades moderadas-altas (60%-80% de 〖FC〗_máx ou 55% a 95% de 〖VO〗_2máx) ; Os resultados de força também indicam melhorias em programas com intensidades de 35%-80% de 1RM, treinando três vezes por semana. Conclusão: o exercício supervisionado combinado de força e resistência aeróbica realizado durante um intervalo de tempo de pelo menos seis meses com intensidades moderadas-altas tem efeitos positivos na capacidade cardiorrespiratória, força, composição corporal e algumas variáveis ​​fisiológicas que acabam por melhorar a condição física em pacientes com câncer de mama e. sobreviventes.
