A formação de jogadores de futebol é um processo lucrativo para os clubes?

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar e determinar a reavaliação no mercado dos jogadores de futebol das equipes subsidiárias de uma liga profissional de futebol. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva envolvendo jogadores de futebol das equipes filiadas da LaLiga Santander da temporada 19-20 (n=144) com idade entre 17 e 26 anos (M=22,34±2,18). Os resultados mais relevantes mostram como a maioria dos jogadores está a treinar no clube há apenas 4 anos, com uma reavaliação no mercado após três anos de 15,57 milhões de euros em média, sendo os que ingressam no clube em idade júnior. infantis os que costumam obter mais valor ao longo do tempo. Pode-se concluir que os procedimentos utilizados nesta pesquisa podem ser muito úteis para analisar o processo de formação do jogador de futebol e a lucratividade que isso gera em seus clubes.
