Desenho, aplicação e avaliação de unidades híbridas em Educação Física: um estudo baseado na teoria da autodeterminação

Resumo

El objetivo principal del estudio fue analizar, desde un enfoque mixto de investigación, el efecto de una unidad híbrida de Educación Deportiva y Enseñanza Comprensiva del Deporte sobre variables relacionadas con la Teoría de la Autodeterminación, además también de hacer un análisis en función del género de os estudantes. 41 alunos do Ensino Médio (Mage = 12,78, SD = 0,69) foram ensinados a partir de uma unidade didática composta por 15 sessões. A estrutura desta unidade foi desenhada de acordo com o modelo de Educação Desportiva, enquanto as tarefas de aprendizagem foram desenhadas utilizando o modelo de Ensino Integral do Desporto. Os alunos preencheram os questionários validados relacionados à Teoria da Autodeterminação antes e após a intervenção. As principais análises foram realizadas a partir de uma MANOVA 2 (fase de intervenção: pré-teste e pós-teste) x 2 (gênero: masculino e feminino). Observou-se melhora nos resultados, tanto para meninos quanto para meninas, nas análises quantitativas e qualitativas na percepção de apoio do professor de Educação Física para autonomia e relações sociais, satisfação com autonomia, competência, relações sociais, novidade, motivação autônoma e intenção de ser fisicamente ativo, tudo em relação à medida inicial realizada. A utilização de unidades híbridas promove um ambiente de aprendizagem inclusivo onde todos os alunos, independentemente do sexo, aumentam os seus níveis de motivação e intenção de continuar a participar em atividades desportivas.
