Sanções no esporte: a relação entre a regulamentação legal e local

O direito esportivo é um fenômeno relativamente novo para a jurisprudência na Ucrânia. Presentemente, não existe uma base teórica desenvolvida para a responsabilidade no domínio dos desportos na ciência jurídica nacional. Esta publicação é um estudo da experiência mundial e nacional na solução desse problema e pretende ser uma fonte de pesquisas futuras no campo do direito do esporte. O objetivo do estudo é analisar o estado da regulamentação jurídica da responsabilidade no domínio do desporto. O objeto de estudo são as relações sociais que se desenvolveram no campo do direito desportivo. O objeto de estudo são as relações públicas que se desenvolveram no campo do direito desportivo em relação à responsabilidade jurídica e desportiva competitiva. Os métodos filosóficos, científicos gerais e científicos especiais, como os métodos dialético, sistêmico-estrutural, comparativo-jurídico e formal-jurídico, atuaram como métodos de pesquisa. Como resultado do trabalho, foram estabelecidas as características gerais da regulamentação legal das sanções desportivas no estrangeiro, foram analisados a terminologia e esquemas conceptuais fundamentais para a doutrina jurídica, é apresentada a descrição do estado da investigação do problema no meio científico. , é analisada a situação nacional sobre a responsabilidade no domínio do desporto, são especificados exemplos típicos de processos judiciais na vertente investigada e são apresentadas recomendações para o aperfeiçoamento da base jurídica.
