Revisão da obesidade como conceito científico

A linguagem, segundo Noam Chomsky, é uma habilidade inata que pode ser usada para comunicar ciência. Analisar o termo obesidade como conceito científico permitirá que sua correta abordagem epistemológica contribua para pesquisas científicas multidisciplinares que busquem a redução dessa pandemia. A obesidade é um acúmulo excessivo de gordura corporal, além das necessidades fisiológicas e adaptabilidade, que pode levar a efeitos adversos à saúde, como a incapacidade. É considerado um estado em que o tecido adiposo representa mais de 20% do peso corporal total nos homens e 25% nas mulheres. Um IMC de 30 kg / m2 ou mais é classificado como obesidade. Do ponto de vista genético, a obesidade é classificada em três subdivisões de acordo com o distúrbio e o número de genes envolvidos: monogênica, sindrômica e poligênica. Para as ciências sociais, envolve um problema sociocultural enxertado em uma predisposição no nível individual. De uma perspectiva evolutiva, o corpo humano não foi desenvolvido para a exposição constante a um ambiente sedentário e rico em calorias. A compreensão das atuais perspectivas teóricas que conceituam a obesidade, estipulada como patologia em si, como fator de risco para outras doenças não transmissíveis e como etiologia indireta da deficiência, permitirá que pesquisas científicas sejam desenvolvidas com perspectivas mais amplas, por meio de seu desenho com variáveis, categorias e teorias, que permitem a formulação de hipóteses e explicações com abordagem multidisciplinar, de acordo com a etiologia multifatorial da obesidade.
