Análise eletromiográfica do agachamento livre com barra: revisão sistemática

Resumo

Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura que avalia a ativação muscular por eletromiografia (EMG) no agachamento livre com barra (SLB), bem como as alterações produzidas por fatores cinéticos e cinemáticos. Métodos: Foram utilizadas as diretrizes da declaração PRISMA e a qualidade metodológica da declaração STROBE. Foram incluídos artigos originais encontrados nas bases de dados Scopus, PubMed, Scielo e Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL). Foram encontrados 1889 artigos, dos quais devido aos critérios: sujeitos com experiência anterior em treinamento resistido que mediram a execução do BSL e o uso da EMG. Por fim, 18 artigos foram utilizados para a análise. Resultados: As evidências posicionam o quadríceps femoral e o vasto medial como o grupo muscular e o músculo com maior participação no BLS. A atividade muscular em SLB pode ser afetada pela carga de trabalho, velocidade de execução, tipo de resistência e amplitude de movimento. Há uma tendência de maior comprometimento muscular à medida que a carga ou velocidade de subida aumenta, porém, o aumento da carga tende a afetar negativamente a velocidade. Conclusões: Cargas submáximas parecem gerar ativações musculares semelhantes a 1RM, com incentivo de menor risco de lesão do que cargas máximas. Mais estudos com critérios metodológicos unificados são necessários para identificar o ponto ideal de ativação muscular com base na carga de trabalho.
