O caso da sede do México: Treinamento em Educação Física em ambientes de e-universidade durante a contingência COVID-19

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi descrever os desafios enfrentados em termos de utilização da Educação Virtual durante a contingência COVID-19, por 254 professores universitários da área de Educação Física (153 mulheres, 102 homens) de quatro Instituições de Ensino Superior ( IES) no México, todas da área de Educação Física (PE). Por meio de questionários online, através dos métodos: analítico - sintético, teórico - dedutivo e hermenêutico; e técnicas quantitativas e qualitativas, as informações foram coletadas que permitiram concluir que os professores deste estudo: 1. Eles não se consideram qualificados para usar a educação virtual de forma eficiente; 2. Consideram que a educação virtual em EF não oferece os mesmos benefícios que a presencial, 3. O isolamento por contingência é o desafio pessoal mais preocupante e 4. O ensino em área prática (EF) em ambiente virtual é o desafio profissional mais importante. O presente estudo aborda as implicações da implantação da educação virtual em uma área eminentemente prática como a EF e levanta questões para pesquisas futuras.
