Associações de avaliação de competências motoras híbridas e orientadas para o processo em adolescentes espanhóis

Introdução: apesar das discrepâncias entre avaliações motoras orientadas ao processo e ao produto, existem na literatura propostas híbridas com abordagens mais completas.
Objetivo: O estudo explorou as associações entre avaliações motoras híbridas e orientadas para o processo em adolescentes espanhóis para testar possíveis construtos de competência motora (CM) sobrepostos.
Metodologia: 82 estudantes do ensino secundário público espanhol foram avaliados através do Teste de Desenvolvimento Motor Grosso – 3ª edição (TGMD-3) e do Canadian Agility and Movement Skill Assessment (CAMSA).
Resultados: para os meninos, todas as variáveis apresentaram associações significativas, com correlações entre moderadas (r = 0,30-0,49) e altas (r ≥ 0,50). Para as meninas, foram encontradas associações significativas entre o escore de habilidades manipulativas do TGMD-3 (TGMD-3-MS) e o escore de habilidades do CAMSA (CAMSA-SS), TGMD-3-MS e o escore total do CAMSA (CAMSA-T), TGMD -3 pontuação de habilidades locomotoras (TGMD-3-LS) e pontuação total CAMSA-T, TGMD-3 e CAMSA-SS, e pontuação total TGMD-3 e CAMSA-SS. CAMSA-T. Todas essas associações foram moderadas (r = 0,30-0,49). Os meninos apresentaram médias estatisticamente maiores em estatura (tamanho do efeito [ES] = 0,65), TGMD-3-MS (ES = 1,74), TGMD-3-T (ES = 1,07), CAMSA-TS (ES = 1,09) e CAMSA -T (ES = 0,97).
Discussão: As associações significativas encontradas entre os testes alinham-se com os padrões observados entre outros testes híbridos e orientados a processos na literatura.
Conclusões: Estes resultados sugerem que ambos os testes podem medir construtos de CM semelhantes. No entanto, deve-se ter cautela em adolescentes espanhóis, onde foram observadas correlações em menor número e mais fracas.
