Resumo

Esta pesquisa utilizou métodos de pesquisa experimental, o método de treinamento intervalado de corrida (RIT) que foi dividido em 2 grupos (n=20) de atletas, o grupo experimental (n=10) utilizou máscara de treinamento por um período de 6 meses e o grupo controle grupo (n=10) utilizou máscara de treinamento por um período de 6 meses. =10) não utilizou máscara de treinamento, utilizou-se a técnica de amostragem intencional para amostragem. O BOD POD ® é muito preciso e pode detectar até mesmo pequenas alterações na gordura corporal e na massa corporal magra. O grupo experimental que utilizou o método de treinamento intervalado de corrida (RIT) com máscara de treinamento de levantamento foi superior ao grupo controle que utilizou o método de treinamento intervalado de corrida (RIT) sem usar a máscara de treinamento de levantamento. 17,19% superior ao grupo controle, ou seja, 13,74%, a diferença no aumento entre os dois grupos foi de 3,45%, o método RIT utilizando a máscara de treinamento tem efeito no aumento do VO₂Max dos atletas de ciclismo Kuningan. O feedback recebido da sua avaliação BOD POD ® pode ser usado para medir o sucesso de um programa de nutrição ou exercício, enquanto a média dos vinte atletas cuja composição corporal foi analisada foi de 16,9, o que significa que estavam no nível de massa magra moderada, ou seja, a % de gordura. Os números estavam em um nível muito bom.
