Resumo

O futebol de base é a base do processo de desenvolvimento do futebol infantil. Enfatiza vários aspectos necessários ao bem-estar psicológico das crianças, como o entusiasmo, o incentivo dos treinadores e o apoio dos pais. No processo de desenvolvimento dos jogadores de futebol de base, os pais desempenham um papel muito importante na criança, não só fornecendo apoio, mas devem concordar com as necessidades da criança no caminho do desenvolvimento do futebol. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo fornecer informações sobre o apoio parental adequado aos jogadores de futebol de base de acordo com a opinião dos treinadores. Uma abordagem qualitativa baseada na teoria fundamentada foi utilizada para formular a pesquisa com 25 treinadores da Indonésia e da Malásia que possuem licença de treinador de futebol e pelo menos cinco anos de experiência como treinador. Os participantes foram selecionados por meio de amostragem proposital. Os dados da pesquisa foram obtidos por meio de modelo de entrevista semiestruturada, observações de campo e análise documental, que foram analisados ​​por meio do software N-Vivo 14. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que os pais devem ter sabedoria no apoio aos jogadores. Os pais devem compreender que o futebol de base é o desenvolvimento do futebol na primeira infância e devem evitar ficar obcecados em transformar os seus filhos em jogadores profissionais. Devem apoiar o programa de formação oferecido pelo formador, ser sempre positivos e dar reconhecimento às crianças, monitorizar os horários das refeições e padrões de sono dos seus filhos, actualizar a aprendizagem dos seus filhos na escola/aprendizagem com os formadores, limitar e supervisionar a utilização de meios electrónicos pelos seus filhos. dispositivos em casa e, o mais importante, sejam os maiores fãs de seus filhos. A colaboração entre treinadores e pais contribuirá positivamente para aumentar o sucesso no futebol de formação, e as crianças que recebem treino desde cedo continuarão a perseguir os seus sonhos de serem jogadores de futebol profissionais.
