Modelos tradicionais de jogo na educação física e no desporto: o seu efeito no aumento do desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico

Resumo

Cada país tem os seus próprios jogos tradicionais. É necessário dar continuidade aos jogos tradicionais para que não se extingam, para além de os jogos tradicionais proporcionarem benefícios para o desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico. O objetivo da investigação é determinar os modelos de jogo tradicionais na educação física e no desporto: o seu efeito no aumento do desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico. Esta pesquisa é do tipo SLR utilizando o método PRISMA. Centra-se nos jogos tradicionais e no seu impacto no desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico. Os critérios de inclusão abrangem artigos de revistas publicados entre 2020 e 2024. O processo de recuperação de artigos utiliza a aplicação Publish or Perish 8 e acede a bases de dados como o Google Scholar, Pubmed, ScienceDirect e ProQuest. Com base nos resultados desta investigação, os modelos de jogos em Educação Física e Desporto sobre o desenvolvimento motor em alunos do ensino básico no mundo durante os últimos 5 anos incluem Pittu Garam, Fortificação, Gobak Sodor, Engklek, Grave Jump, Gato e Rato, Zig -Zag Patterned Sack Racing, Cat Squatting, Sintren Plate Breaker, Fortified, Snake-Like, Sack Racing e Stilt Racing. A conclusão desta pesquisa é que com base no artigo de revisão, mostra-se que todos os tipos de modelos de jogos tradicionais podem melhorar o desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico. Um modelo de jogo tradicional que pode melhorar as capacidades motoras finas e grossas dos alunos é o Engklek.
