Educação Física e Esportes como Elementos Essenciais da Transversalidade e Integração Corporal no Processo de Aprendizagem: Uma Revisão Sistemática

Resumo

A função cognitiva superior e o sistema sensório-motor estão interligados de maneiras interessantes, de acordo com pesquisas recentes relacionadas principalmente à neurociência. Algumas evidências empíricas sugerem que o estado do corpo é a base do processamento da informação e da ideia de que as incorporações influenciam diferentes facetas dos eventos mentais. Refuta as teorias convencionais da ciência cognitiva e da filosofia da mente. Tomando como ponto de partida esta fundamentação teórica, o objetivo desta contribuição é elaborar a importância cognitiva que se manifesta como uma nova perspectiva que leva em conta os processos mentais que se baseiam na forma como o corpo interage com o meio ambiente. Após uma cuidadosa seleção e análise de pesquisas sobre neurociências na educação, o estudo se concentrou nos educadores. O método utilizado é encontrar artigos relevantes ao tema. Para potencialmente incluí-los no estudo, todos os títulos e resumos foram revisados. A seguir, são lidos e analisados ​​o título da pesquisa, o resumo e o texto completo encontrado. Estudos relevantes são obtidos após uma revisão minuciosa, desde que atendam aos critérios de inclusão. Esta análise mostra a força e os pontos-chave das pesquisas realizadas nas últimas décadas focadas na transversalidade e integração do corpo na educação. Este estudo procurou determinar se um ambiente de aprendizagem que leva em conta todas as facetas da personalidade poderia melhorar a percepção, a compreensão e a ação deliberada dos alunos. Os resultados mostraram que um resultado significativo da análise é que a teoria tem possibilidade de ser aplicada em diversos contextos educacionais e campos científicos. A conclusão é que o referencial teórico atual mostra a importância da educação física e do esporte como componentes importantes no processo de aprendizagem. Ao mesmo tempo, também destacam a importância de testar e divulgar novos métodos e perspectivas de ensino.
