Desenvolvimento de validade conceitual e empírica de instrumentos de habilidades de colaboração e comunicação na aprendizagem esportiva

Resumo

A importância das competências do século XXI, especialmente a colaboração e a comunicação, é cada vez mais enfatizada na era da globalização e da Revolução Industrial 4.0. No entanto, existe uma lacuna na medição destas competências no contexto da educação desportiva indonésia. Esta investigação visa desenvolver e validar um novo instrumento para medir eficazmente as competências de colaboração e comunicação na aprendizagem desportiva. A Análise Fatorial Exploratória e Confirmatória foi utilizada para identificar e validar os fatores de habilidades de colaboração e comunicação. Participaram nesta pesquisa 510 estudantes de Palangkaraya, Lamandau, Seruyan, Pulang Pisau, Kapuas, Buntok, Sampit e Murung Raya, com um total de 8 regiões na Indonésia. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que o instrumento desenvolvido possui boa validade e confiabilidade. A avaliação das características da escala e a análise fatorial confirmatória demonstraram a qualidade confiável do instrumento para medir as habilidades de colaboração e comunicação no contexto da aprendizagem esportiva. Através do desenvolvimento deste instrumento, espera-se que este possa contribuir significativamente para a compreensão das competências de colaboração e comunicação na aprendizagem desportiva na Indonésia. Esperamos que este instrumento se torne uma ferramenta valiosa para educadores, investigadores e profissionais medirem e desenvolverem estas competências e fornecerem uma base para melhorar a qualidade da educação desportiva na Indonésia.
