Desempenho tático e técnico em jogos pequenos de basquetebol: uma revisão sistemática

A capacidade de conceber jogos reduzidos (SSGs) através da manipulação do jogo permite aos treinadores adaptar os jogos às necessidades específicas dos jogadores, incentivando assim adaptações no seu comportamento à medida que vão enfrentando os desafios apresentados nos treinos. Dado o crescente volume de pesquisas originais sobre SSGs no basquetebol, esta revisão sistemática visa consolidar as respostas técnicas e táticas agudas observadas em jogadores masculinos e femininos, independentemente do seu nível competitivo. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática baseada nas recomendações PRISMA nas bases de dados PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus e Web of Science. Os critérios de elegibilidade abrangeram jogadores de basquete que foram expostos a SSGs, sem a exigência de um grupo de comparação. Os resultados focaram em ações técnicas observadas e registradas (por exemplo, passes, chutes) e/ou comportamentos táticos (individuais ou coletivos). A síntese dos dados envolveu a compilação dos resultados técnicos e táticos observados, bem como dos principais achados dos estudos. Uma busca inicial nas bases de dados rendeu 1.758 estudos. Após o processo de seleção dos estudos, 41 estudos foram incluídos na síntese qualitativa, abrangendo 922 participantes de ambos os sexos, desde iniciantes até jogadores profissionais. Los SSG analizados variaron desde formatos de juego de 1 contra 1 a 5 contra 5. Los hallazgos sugirieron que los SSGs con menos jugadores mostraron impactos positivos en el desempeño técnico y aumentaron la frecuencia de las acciones, además de favorecer el desarollo del comportamiento táctico y a tomada de decisões. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que SSGs que incorporam restrições às ações de drible resultam em maior ocorrência de ações de passe.
