O efeito da autoeficácia, apoio social e motivação para conquistas no desempenho do atleta de tiro com arco

Resumo

Autoeficácia, Apoio Social e Motivação para Realização são necessários para apoiar o desempenho dos atletas de tiro com arco, o que impacta suas conquistas. Este estudo visa alcançar autoeficácia, apoio social e motivação para conquistas que maximizarão o desempenho de atletas de tiro com arco. Esta pesquisa é um estudo correlacional descritivo e a abordagem do Modelo de Equações Estruturais (SEM) auxiliada pela aplicação inteligente PLS é utilizada para analisar os dados. São 220 arqueiros que participaram como amostra deste estudo, e que já haviam sido confirmados para acompanhar a rodada de qualificação Pré-PON 2023. Os pesquisadores dividiram cada variável, ou seja, a variável autoeficácia, em quatro itens (disciplina esportiva, psicológica, Pensamento profissional, Personalidade), apoio social em três itens (Meio Ambiente, Amigos, Família), motivação para realização em dois itens (Intrínseco, Extrínseco) e o desempenho do atleta de tiro com arco em três itens (Disciplina, Intensidade, Habilidade) medido com um Escala Likert de 5 pontos para cada item. A autoeficácia tem efeito positivo e significativo no desempenho dos atletas de tiro com arco, com escore de valor p de 0,000, inferior a 0,05. A relação Apoio Social afeta positiva e significativamente o Desempenho dos Atletas de Tiro com Arco, com valor p-valor de 0,000, inferior a 0,05. Além disso, a motivação afeta positiva e significativamente o desempenho dos atletas de tiro com arco. Espera-se que os resultados deste estudo sejam uma referência para praticantes de desporto, proprietários de académicos ou clubes desportivos, treinadores e atletas para que possam ter em conta a Autoeficácia, o Apoio Social e a Motivação de Realização para melhorar o Desempenho. conquista de um atleta.
