Jogo educativo "Pusaran Ular Tangga" Na melhoria das habilidades motoras fundamentais (FMS) de alunos do terceiro ano do ensino fundamental

Resumo

A deficiência de habilidades motoras fundamentais (MBS) entre crianças é uma grande preocupação na promoção da atividade física. A combinação de exercícios estruturados e jogos estruturados é uma medida eficaz para melhorar as Habilidades Motoras Fundamentais dos escolares. O objetivo deste estudo é determinar o efeito do jogo educativo “Pusaran Ular Tangga” no DPM de alunos do 3º ano do ensino fundamental. Este método de pesquisa é um método experimental com um desenho pré-teste-pós-teste de grupo único. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com alunos do 3º ano do ensino fundamental em Bandung West Regency com uma amostra de 30 pessoas usando a técnica de amostragem total. As habilidades motoras básicas foram mensuradas por meio de testes práticos com o instrumento Test Of Groos Motor Skill - (TGMD 2) para idades entre 3 e 10 anos. Com base no teste de Wilcoxon, sabe-se que o valor de significância de 0,000 é inferior a <0,05, pode-se concluir que o jogo educativo "Pusaran Ular Tangga" tem efeito no aumento da Habilidade Motora Fundamental de alunos do 3º ano do ensino fundamental . A diferença na melhora da habilidade motora fundamental entre antes e depois do tratamento é de 36%.
