Distância de tiro fixa versus variável: qual exercício é melhor para tiro com arco de precisão?

Os exercícios de perfuração fixos e variáveis são exercícios raramente realizados, portanto falta conhecimento para saber o uso e a finalidade dos exercícios de perfuração remotos fixos e variáveis que ainda não foram comprovados através de pesquisas científicas. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar o efeito do treinamento físico de distância fixa no aumento da precisão do tiro com arco em atletas de tiro com arco. Este tipo de pesquisa é uma pesquisa experimental quantitativa com desenho pré-teste-pós-teste de dois grupos. A população foi de 20 pessoas, tomada através de amostragem intencional: atletas de tiro com arco do sexo masculino com idade entre 15 e 20 anos, antes de dividir a amostra foram divididos em dois através de pareamento ordinal. O treinamento foi realizado em 18 partidas de tiro com arco em distâncias variáveis e fixas. Distância do instrumento de tiro com arco 40 metros. A técnica de análise dos dados é o teste t. Resultados da pesquisa: 1) há um efeito significativo do treinamento físico de distância fixa no aumento da precisão do tiro com arco em atletas de tiro com arco, com valor de p de 0,000 < 0,05; 2) há um efeito significativo da mudança do treinamento físico a distância no aumento da precisão do tiro com arco em atletas de tiro com arco, com valor de p de 0,000 < 0,05; 3) Há diferença significativa entre exercícios de distância fixa e variável na precisão do tiro com arco de atletas de tiro com arco, com valor de p de 0,000 < 0,05. Conclusão. Exercícios de distância fixa e variável podem melhorar a precisão do tiro com arco. O treinamento com exercícios é ainda mais adequado para atletas de tiro com arco iniciantes e adolescentes, enquanto o treinamento com exercícios se tornou mais adequado para um ambiente adulto.
