A correlação entre comprimento da perna, altura do salto e força explosiva dos músculos das pernas versus capacidade de sprint

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo foi. investigar a relação entre a habilidade de sprint na escola primária e o comprimento das pernas, altura do salto e força explosiva das pernas. O treinamento esportivo começando no nível escolar, onde os alunos são direcionados e treinados para terem uma mentalidade forte, habilidosa, ágil e atlética, é muito apropriado. Um fator, especificamente o comprimento das pernas (anatomia), a altura do salto e a força explosiva das pernas (fisiologia) na corrida, afeta o desempenho de um atleta.
Material e métodos. A pesquisa descritiva quantitativa transversal é o método utilizado neste estudo. Um total de 61 estudantes do sexo masculino entre 10 e 12 anos compuseram a amostra da pesquisa. Para obter dados, são utilizadas medidas de comprimento das pernas, altura do salto, potência explosiva das pernas e corrida de 40 metros. Na análise descritiva dos dados foram utilizados o teste de normalidade, o teste de correlação e apresentação em tabelas. Resultados. Os resultados indicaram que o comprimento médio das pernas foi de 83,46 ± 5,43 cm, a altura média do salto foi de 17,91 ± 5,52 cm, a potência explosiva média das pernas foi de 1451,61 ± 399,45 watts e a velocidade média foi de 8,70 ± 1,61 m/s. Se o valor de r calculado for menor que o valor de r da tabela, então há uma correlação muito fraca entre a variável comprimento da perna e a variável velocidade. Os resultados do teste de correlação entre comprimento de perna e velocidade obtiveram r contagem 0,137 e r tabela 0,254. Existe uma correlação fraca entre a variável potência explosiva das pernas e a variável velocidade, o que fica evidente nos resultados do teste de correlação entre potência das pernas e velocidade, que foram r contagem -0,369 e r tabela 0,254. Existe uma forte correlação entre a variável altura do salto e a variável velocidade, conforme demonstrado pelos resultados do teste do valor de correlação entre o valor da altura do salto e o valor da velocidade, que apresentam um valor de coeficiente de correlação de -0,715 e um valor sig de 0,000 , que é inferior a 0,05. Conclusões. De acordo com as conclusões do estudo, os velocistas do ensino fundamental têm uma correlação entre o comprimento das pernas, a força explosiva dos músculos das pernas e a altura do salto.
