Pílulas saudáveis: um programa de atividade física para prevenção da saúde mental e melhoria da capacidade resiliente em estudantes universitários. protocolo de ação

Os transtornos de saúde mental (SM) entre a população universitária tornaram-se um grave problema de saúde pública, por isso é necessário desenhar programas e políticas que proporcionem uma solução para esta situação por parte das instituições públicas de Ensino Superior. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é verificar se ocorrem alterações significativas nos aspectos psicológicos de estudantes universitários, após uma intervenção baseada em atividade física (AF) com atividades de capacidade aeróbica e cardiovascular, atividades de preparação física e atividades de meditação através de yoga, ginástica interna e atenção plena. A amostra será constituída por 136 alunos do quarto ano do Ensino Básico, com idades compreendidas entre os 21 e os 25 anos. Este trabalho apresenta um desenho quase-experimental com um grupo controle e um grupo experimental e medidas repetidas de pré e pós-teste. O período de intervenção terá duração de 12 semanas, durante três meses, com sessão semanal de 40 minutos. Foram aplicados questionários validados sobre AF (IPAQ-SF), SM (DASS-21), autoestima (Escala de Rosenberg), estados de humor (POMS), fatores de personalidade (BFI-44) e capacidade resiliente (CD-RISC). um questionário de satisfação. Espera-se que estes resultados possam ter um impacto significativo no Ensino Superior e servir de ponto de partida para garantir a saúde e o bem-estar integral dos estudantes universitários.
