Suplementação de farinha de soja à base de proteínas para apoiar os efeitos do treinamento com pesos na hipertrofia muscular

Suplementos de reposição são necessários para uma hipertrofia muscular ideal em atletas. No entanto, nem todos os atletas podem pagar suplementos ricos em proteínas devido aos seus elevados custos. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar e demonstrar a eficácia dos suplementos proteicos em potencializar os efeitos do treinamento de resistência no crescimento muscular. Este método de estudo é um projeto pseudoexperimental pré-teste-pós-teste. Utilizando toda a técnica de amostragem, 14 atletas indonésios de silat Pencak do PPLP West Sumatra foram utilizados como amostras de estudo. O procedimento de pesquisa inclui medição da circunferência muscular da coxa e espessura da gordura da coxa de atletas (pré-teste), tratamento de estocada de 1 a 8 vezes, medição da circunferência muscular da coxa e espessura da gordura da coxa dos atletas após oito tratamentos (meio do teste) e tamanho da circunferência muscular da coxa e espessura da gordura da coxa após 9 a 16 sessões de treinamento de estocada (pós-teste). A farinha de soja foi administrada de acordo com a ingestão alimentar média do atleta, administrada 30 minutos após o exercício de estocada. O treinamento de estocada consistiu em 16 sessões, intensidade moderada (30% - 50% da capacidade máxima), seis repetições, cinco séries e intervalos de 3 a 6 minutos. Foi utilizada uma fita métrica para medir a circunferência muscular da coxa e a espessura das dobras cutâneas para calcular a espessura da gordura da coxa através da fórmula MTMC = MTC – espessura das dobras cutâneas (3,14 x PCT). O teste utilizado foi o teste de Kruskal-Wallis. O exame dos dados rendeu um valor p de 0,03 <0,05 e um aumento percentual de 10,68%. No treino de estocada, a farinha de soja rica em proteínas pode ser administrada como alternativa ou substituto de suplementos para hipertrofia muscular.
