Base metodológica para aumentar o potencial intelectual interno de alunos de educação física e esporte

Resumo

O potencial intelectual de uma pessoa está intimamente relacionado ao conceito de capital intelectual como componente do capital humano. Este estudo visa considerar o potencial intelectual com base nos métodos psicométricos disponíveis, bem como estabelecer correlações entre esse potencial e dados demográficos e outros fatores facilmente observáveis. O estudo envolveu 128 alunos de universidades e faculdades de cultura física e esportes localizadas em Pavlodar (República do Cazaquistão). O estudo revelou uma forte correlação entre o nível de desempenho acadêmico dos participantes e os resultados dos testes de habilidades intelectuais gerais e implícitas (CCAT e IO4). Da mesma forma, não foram encontradas correlações significativas entre os resultados desses testes e os fatores sexo, idade e ano de estudo. Observou-se uma forte correlação entre os resultados dos dois testes, o que pode indicar uma estreita relação entre habilidades intelectuais constantemente usadas e ocultas. Os resultados da pesquisa podem ser usados ​​para melhorar a qualidade da formação de professores de educação física. A medição e o desenvolvimento metodologicamente corretos do potencial intelectual dos professores multiplicam o consequente aumento do capital humano em detrimento dos seus futuros alunos.
