Análise das provas de aptidão-acesso à Estrutura Corpo de Bombeiros: tipos de provas e papel do género

Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar o tipo de provas de seleção física utilizadas em diferentes concursos nacionais de acesso ao serviço de Socorro e Extinção de Incêndio e descrever as diferenças aplicadas nas notas mínimas exigidas em função do sexo dos requerentes. Para isso, foram estudados 49 editais de acesso em nível nacional entre os anos de 2011-2020. Os testes físicos dos atendimentos foram classificados quanto à sua natureza: genéricos (avaliação das capacidades físicas básicas) ou específicos (avaliação das exigências laborais). Além disso, foi calculada a diferença entre as notas exigidas de mulheres e homens em cada uma das provas. 85,7% dos atendimentos fizeram algum tipo de diferenciação por sexo no adequado, 8,2% não fizeram diferenciação e 6,1% não aplicaram diferenciação no adequado, mas sim na escala. Em todas as ligações houve algum teste genérico de seleção, sendo que em 57,1% foram realizados apenas testes genéricos. A diferença média entre as notas exigidas de homens e mulheres foi de 17,6 ± 7,9%. O valor médio das diferenças por sexo nos testes específicos foi de 18,3 ± 8,4%. Em conclusão, os testes de seleção mais utilizados foram os genéricos, com grande heterogeneidade tanto nos testes utilizados como nas escalas aplicadas. Embora na maioria dos atendimentos tenha sido estabelecido algum tipo de diferenciação por sexo, não parece haver um critério homogêneo para seu estabelecimento.
