Aplicação de estratégias de intervenção para o manejo do comportamento no transtorno do espectro autista na infância e adolescência. uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Introdução e objetivos: o transtorno do espectro autista (TEA) é um transtorno do neurodesenvolvimento, que apresenta sintomas como comprometimento precoce da interação e comunicação social, além de comportamento sensorial e motor repetitivo e restrito. Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática sobre a aplicação de estratégias de intervenção para o manejo do comportamento no transtorno do espectro autista na infância e adolescência. Métodos: Foi realizada uma busca sistemática de Ensaios Clínicos Controlados Randomizados realizados entre janeiro de 2016 e junho de 2021 encontrados no PubMed, Scient direct y Scopus. As palavras-chave utilizadas foram “Psicomotor, transtorno, autismo, comportamento, intervenção”. Resultados: foram encontrados 2.845 prontuários e, após análise posterior, obtiveram-se 45 artigos para análise final, com número de participantes (n=3.439), faixa etária: 8-17 anos, diagnóstico confirmado de espectro autista transtorno. Como resultado, encontramos que o uso de recursos tecnológicos está associado a uma redução significativa da gravidade clínica do TEA, avaliação global do funcionamento e manifestações sociais de ansiedade. Conclusões: os autores concluem que existem várias estratégias utilizadas para o manejo do comportamento no transtorno do espectro autista, o uso de ferramentas tecnológicas se mostra como uma opção promissora, pois são altamente benéficas e contribuem para atingir os objetivos terapêuticos comportamentais.
