O desenvolvimento de qualidades profissionalmente importantes como resultado de várias atividades: aprendizagem, esporte e mercado de trabalho

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é definir a evolução das opiniões sobre a formação das qualidades demandadas (soft skills) no mercado de trabalho ucraniano e as possibilidades de sua formação através do esporte com base nas opiniões dos principais participantes do mercado. A base do estudo é uma pesquisa com profissionais (104 respondentes), estudantes (314 respondentes) e escolares (326 respondentes). A coerência das respostas dos respondentes foi verificada pelo coeficiente de correlação de postos de Spearman e coeficiente de correlação de postos de Kendall. As análises de correlação, fator e cluster foram utilizadas nos métodos de estudo. A análise fatorial nos permitiu formar as qualidades obtidas em dois fatores (de importância primária e secundária). Usando a análise de cluster, todas as qualidades que foram identificadas pelos respondentes foram divididas em três grupos uniformes. Constatou-se também que os clusters mais diferem nas qualidades que foram apontadas pelos escolares, sendo que os clusters que mais se aproximam das qualidades foram destacados pelos empregadores. O estudo foi realizado no quadro de novas abordagens para pesquisar as tendências e os elementos-chave da concorrência nos mercados de trabalho e complementa o trabalho (Cachón-Zagalaz et al., 2020) ao incluir os aspectos na análise dos escolares e destacar os aspectos distintos que estão envolvidos em sua percepção das qualidades solicitadas. Ficou comprovada a singularidade das qualidades que foram destacadas pelos alunos que praticam esportes e a importância dessas qualidades na formação das competências profissionais.
