Efeitos agudos de diferentes estratégias de aquecimento sobre o desempenho físico e habilidades motoras em escolares

Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar os efeitos de diferentes tipos de aquecimentos aplicados em escolares sobre a qualidade do movimento, as habilidades motoras e o desempenho em saltos e corridas. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se em um desenho de estudo cruzado randomizado (n = 27 escolares), que incluiu três condições experimentais para avaliar o efeito agudo de diferentes tipos de aquecimento (tradicional, baseado em jogos adaptados reduzidos e FIFA 11+) no salto .vertical, sprint em 20 metros e habilidades motoras de locomoção e controle de objetos em meninos e meninas. Estatísticas descritivas e comparativas foram utilizadas por meio de medidas repetidas ANOVA e Friedman com seus testes post-hoc, conforme apropriado. Os resultados mostram que todos os tipos de aquecimento apresentaram diferenças significativas no sprint, salto vertical e habilidades motoras, em comparação com a condição controle sem aquecimento. O aquecimento baseado em jogos adaptados reduzidos apresentou efeitos maiores do que as demais modalidades nas habilidades motoras de locomoção (p <0,05). Comparações entre aquecimentos mostraram que a intervenção baseada em FIFA 11 + se mostrou mais eficaz na redução do tempo de sprint em 20 metros e no aumento da altura do salto vertical (p <0,05). Em conclusão, este estudo sugere que a seleção de uma estratégia apropriada com base em uma diversidade de experiências motoras, como as oferecidas pelos protocolos de aquecimento FIFA11 + e jogos adaptados reduzidos, pode ser fundamental para melhorar o desempenho motor e a magnitude dos benefícios associados para aquecer.
