Modelo preditivo de comportamentos de equilíbrio de energia corporal BEC

Resumo

Faltam evidências sobre a sinergia entre fatores psicológicos e contextuais subjacentes à prática simultânea de comportamentos de equilíbrio de energia corporal [BEC] (atividade física [FA], alimentação saudável [SA] e sono de qualidade [SC]). Portanto, buscamos identificar se otimismo disposicional [OD], flexibilidade na regulação emocional [ER], crenças compensatórias em saúde [CCS] e fatores sócio-culturais ambientais, predizem os domínios comportamentais indicados em adultos, através de um Modelo de Equações Estruturais [MEE ] Para isso, foi disponibilizada uma pesquisa transversal explicativa com uma amostra de 300 participantes, que preencheram uma cartilha composta por instrumentos psicométricos validados (um para cada variável investigada). Os resultados estabeleceram que a tendência para realizar os comportamentos BEC é predita pelos fatores contextuais referidos e pelas variáveis ​​psicológicas avaliadas (R = 0,54, valor de p <0,05). É validado um modelo hipotético que incorpora o agregado comportamental do sono na equação BEC, passível de modificação e inclusão de novas variáveis.
