Análise cinética e cinemática de um supino em diferentes intensidades de carga

Resumo

Resumo. O exercício de supino é um dos exercícios mais populares na ciência do esporte. Tem sido estudado a partir de diferentes abordagens, principalmente analisando os efeitos das variações técnicas, a fim de melhorar o cronograma de treinamento em diferentes esportes e populações. A única repetição máxima tem sido usada como referência para quantificar a carga em diversos estudos. No entanto, é necessário saber como ajustar as intensidades do treinamento para agendar o treinamento com precisão. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar a resposta de variáveis ​​cinemáticas, cinéticas e psicológicas a diferentes percentagens de 1RM. A amostra do estudo foi composta por trinta estudantes universitários saudáveis ​​(Idade 23 ± 0,45 anos; altura 181,13 ± 2,25 cm; peso 78,25 ± 4,81 Kg; percentual de músculo 52,10 ± 0,30%, percentual de gordura 12,05 ± 0,59%; IMC 24,12 ± 0,84) . Os participantes participaram de uma sessão de familiarização com a técnica de supino e realizaram um teste incremental para obter o 1RM. Eles retornaram para realizar o mesmo protocolo sete dias depois, mas foram realizadas diferentes intensidades do 1RM (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% e 100%). Os resultados obtidos forneceram dados descritivos sobre o comportamento das variáveis ​​analisadas, aumentando a carga sobre os sujeitos treinados. A presente pesquisa pode sugerir variações nas cargas de trabalho esperadas e prever possíveis adaptações dentro do cronograma de trabalho da força.
