Análise do padrão de sprint de jogadoras profissionais de futebol em relva artificial e natural

Resumo

Resumo. Introdução: Existem poucas evidências que detalham o comportamento de cada variável espaço-temporal do padrão de corrida de jogadoras de futebol em diferentes superfícies. Objetivo: Descrever as variáveis ​​espaço-temporais do padrão de sprint desenvolvido em grama natural e artificial por jogadoras profissionais de futebol. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo transversal em dezenove (n = 19) atletas profissionais com idade média de 22,3 anos, cujas variáveis ​​espaço-temporais de sprint foram avaliadas em um campo de jogo natural (Bermuda 419) e artificial (Star 2) por meio de um sistema de medição óptica (Opto Gait, Itália). A análise das diferenças das variáveis ​​de espaço e tempo por gramado foi feita com o teste de Wilcoxon para dados pareados e as diferenças de velocidade e aceleração por posição de jogo foram feitas com o teste de Kruskal-Wallis. O teste de Spearman foi utilizado para comparar a correlação entre velocidade, aceleração e variáveis ​​antropométricas. Por fim, um nível alfa de 5% foi considerado para toda a análise. Resultados: No gramado natural, a velocidade e cadência dos jogadores foram maiores; na grama artificial, a energia, o tempo de vôo, a fase de contato e o ângulo do degrau foram maiores (p <0,05). Por outro lado, foi observada uma relação indireta entre velocidade, tempo de contato, porcentagem e peso de gordura (p = 0,01). Conclusão: Nossos resultados sugerem que o gramado natural, Bermuda 419, permite padrões de sprint mais rápidos, caracterizados por menor consumo de energia, tempo de vôo, fase de contato e ângulo do passo.
