A gestão da indústria futebolística moderna e os desafios atuais: revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

Introdução: O futebol é conhecido como o “jogo global” porque é muito popular em muitas partes do mundo. Foram realizados inúmeros estudos em diferentes partes, segmentos e níveis da indústria do futebol. No entanto, os resultados são inconclusivos, unidirecionais e contraditórios. Objectivo: Analisar as práticas de gestão da indústria do futebol contemporânea, os desafios e as perspectivas futuras da indústria do futebol. Metodologia: Foi utilizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Inicialmente foram registados 540 artigos nas bases de dados Google Scholar, SCOPUS e JSTOR. Através de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram analisados ​​tematicamente 83 materiais publicados que cumpriam os critérios de inclusão. Resultados: As conclusões revelam que uma perspectiva global com fidelidade às raízes locais, parcerias comerciais em mudança, um panorama mediático em mudança, aspectos culturais no campo de jogo do futebol e o apelo do jogo são os principais padrões identificados na globalização e no seu desenvolvimento . Em particular, regras e regulamentos específicos, a natureza da competição, a propriedade, a liderança e a governação são também variantes atuais na gestão do futebol. Discussão: Estes são, portanto, ingredientes cruciais para a compreensão da dinâmica futura do futebol global e representam desafios e dilemas para a indústria. Conclusões: Como resultado, é viável um estudo de investigação massivo ou único sobre as práticas, problemas e possibilidades actuais da indústria moderna do futebol a nível local, sub-regional, continental e internacional.
