Liderança e capital psicológico na melhoria do desempenho das escolas amigas da criança para a prática de atividades físicas infantis

Os estilos de liderança e o capital psicológico desempenham um papel crucial na melhoria do desempenho escolar. A integração de oportunidades de liderança estudantil e de atividades físicas em programas escolares amigos dos filhos pode melhorar o desempenho escolar global através de uma variedade de fatores psicológicos. O objetivo da investigação é conhecer o efeito da liderança e do capital psicológico na melhoria do desempenho das escolas amigas da criança para as atividades físicas das crianças. Esta pesquisa é quantitativa descritiva, com um número de participantes de 175 professores selecionados através da técnica de amostragem intencional. As técnicas de recolha de dados utilizam métodos de inquérito, enquanto os instrumentos de recolha de dados utilizam questionários desenvolvidos a partir de vários estudos anteriores cuja validade se considera comprovada. A análise dos dados utiliza a técnica SEM-PLS com a ferramenta de análise SmartPLS 4 para verificar a relação preditiva entre cada constructo. Os resultados mostraram que a liderança transformacional influencia significativamente o desempenho das escolas amigas das crianças, com um valor de p de 0,006 <0,05. O capital psicológico influencia significativamente o desempenho, com um valor de p de 0,039<0,05. A liderança dos alunos não modera a relação entre o capital psicológico e o desempenho, com um valor de 0,199>0,05; liderança transformacional, com um valor de 0,385>0,05; e espiritualidade no local de trabalho, com um valor de 0,848>0,05. Os resultados deste estudo proporcionam uma compreensão mais profunda dos factores que influenciam o desempenho das Escolas Amigas da Criança, bem como implicações práticas para o desenvolvimento de liderança, gestão de recursos humanos e desenvolvimento de pessoal educativo nas Escolas Amigas da Criança.
