Resumo

Verifica-se um fraco desempenho global dos Órgãos Governativos do Desporto da Etiópia (SGB) na prestação de serviços. A evidência mostra que a tendência pode ser corrigida com uma compreensão e conhecimento adequados do processo de fatores organizacionais e de gestão destes SGB. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar o contributo dos fatores organizacionais e de gestão como determinantes da prestação eficaz de serviços nos SGB. Para este estudo foi utilizado um desenho de investigação transversal. A amostragem intencional foi utilizada para escolher 350 amostras de 154 partes interessadas internas e 196 partes interessadas externas. Os instrumentos utilizados para o estudo foram a entrevista aos informantes-chave e o questionário. O coeficiente de correlação produto-momento de Pearson e a regressão múltipla foram utilizados para a análise dos dados ao nível de significância de 0,05, enquanto os dados qualitativos foram analisados ​​quanto ao conteúdo. Os resultados confirmaram que as variáveis ​​dos fatores organizacionais e de gestão tiveram uma relação positiva significativa com a prestação de serviços desportivos (estrutura organizacional (r = 0,515), as capacidades organizacionais (r = 0,701), a comunicação (r = 0,549), a prática de gestão (r = 0,571), materiais e recursos (r = 0,527) e satisfação das partes interessadas (r = 0,742). Os fatores de gestão previram conjuntamente a prestação eficaz de serviços desportivos (F (3, 329) = 165,868, R2). = 0,612). contributo significativo para a prestação eficaz de serviços desportivos (F (3, 329) = 148,743, R2 = 0,576 significância relativa conjunta na prestação eficaz de serviços desportivos nos SGB etíopes (F (6, 326) = 130,81, R2 = 0,707). ) As entrevistas revelaram que existem relações fracas com as partes interessadas, uma estrutura não alinhada das organizações desportivas regionais com agências federais e gestores com experiência e conhecimento inadequados no desporto, o que influencia a prestação eficaz de serviços desportivos nas pequenas e médias empresas da Etiópia. Assim, recomenda-se trabalhar em conjunto com as partes interessadas, avançar na estrutura, desenhar regras e regulamentos que possam servir durante mais tempo, fazer correções com base no feedback das partes interessadas, criar estruturas de rede e colaborar com as organizações desportivas locais como forma de melhorar.
