Efeito de uma sessão de dança criativa e reprodutiva no nível de atividade física, esforço percebido e estado de fluxo em alunos do Ensino Secundário Obrigatório

Resumo

Expressão Corporal é uma disciplina ensinada na Educação Física escolar de todo o mundo que pode trazer benefícios à saúde física, psicológica, social e cognitiva. No entanto, os estudos sobre a metodologia a seguir são escassos. Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi comparar a atividade física objetiva (acelerômetros ActiGraph GT3X+), o esforço percebido (Escala OMNI-caminhada/corrida para avaliação subjetiva de esforço) e o estado de fluxo (Escala de estado fluido) de escolares do ensino médio. alunos entre uma sessão criativa e uma sessão reprodutiva de Expressão Corporal. Seguindo um desenho cruzado aleatório por grupos naturais, participaram no estudo um total de 328 alunos do Ensino Secundário Obrigatório (idade média = 14,0 ± 1,0; mulheres, n = 172). Os resultados mostraram que os alunos experimentaram maior esforço percebido e foram significativamente mais ativos fisicamente durante a sessão criativa do que durante a sessão reprodutiva. Para ambas as sessões, o estado de fluxo foi alto. Portanto, embora ambas as sessões tenham promovido o estado de fluxo, a sessão criativa promoveu melhor a participação dos alunos na atividade física.
