Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o nível de aptidão física, habilidades motoras, nível de motivação e conhecimento de alfabetização física de alunos do ensino fundamental na cidade de Pontianak. A população deste estudo foram alunos do ensino fundamental da cidade de Pontianak. Este tipo de pesquisa é uma amostragem intencional, portanto a amostra é de 273 pessoas. Uma vez obtidos os dados, a técnica de análise dos dados da pesquisa utiliza tabulação de frequência. Os resultados desta pesquisa mostram: O nível de aptidão física entre alunos do ensino fundamental na cidade de Pontianak que utilizaram o teste do marcapasso usando a mais recente adaptação do teste de aptidão física para alunos indonésios. Os resultados mostraram que o nível de aptidão física entre os alunos do ensino fundamental da cidade de Pontianak foi de 62 alunos (43,35%) que se declararam ter um bom nível de aptidão física, 47 alunas (36,15%) foram declaradas ter um bom nível de aptidão física. O nível de habilidades motoras em alunos do ensino fundamental da cidade de Pontianak, ou seja, 62 alunos (43,35%) foram declarados com bom nível de habilidades motoras, enquanto os resultados da pesquisa para a amostra feminina foram 54 alunos do sexo feminino (41,53% ) que foram declarados com bom nível de habilidades motoras. Habilidades motoras moderadas. Em relação à motivação, os resultados foram motivação em alunos do ensino fundamental da cidade de Pontianak, ou seja, 71 alunos (49,65%) foram declarados com níveis de motivação, enquanto os resultados da pesquisa para a amostra feminina foram 56 alunos do sexo feminino (43,07%) declararam ter ter um nível progressivo de motivação. Em relação ao conhecimento de alfabetização física, as habilidades de alfabetização física dos alunos do ensino fundamental na cidade de Pontianak, ou seja, 71 alunos (49,65%) foram declarados com níveis de habilidades de alfabetização física, enquanto os resultados da pesquisa para a amostra feminina foram 49 alunos do sexo feminino (37,69% ) foram declarados com um nível de motivação para realização.
