Aumentar o nível de competência comunicativa e interação grupal dos atletas através da implementação de planos de treino móveis

O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar o impacto da utilização de planos de treino móveis e da medição das capacidades físicas dos atletas na sua competência comunicativa e interação grupal durante treinos mistos. O conceito biopsicossocial de pessoa, a unidade dos componentes físicos e mentais de sua personalidade formaram a base da metodologia de pesquisa. Os pesquisadores dividiram uma amostra de entrevistados em dois grupos: um grupo experimental e um grupo de controle de esportes não coletivos. O grupo experimental utilizou planos de formação partilhados pelos membros através de dispositivos móveis e proporcionando acesso aos seus professores. O grupo de controle seguiu o currículo tradicional sem o uso de tecnologias móveis. Eles também avaliaram o nível de interação duas vezes usando técnicas psicodiagnósticas válidas. Os resultados da nossa investigação demonstram a maior eficácia dos planos de treino conjuntos móveis em comparação com os tradicionais. Mostra-se a importância de desenvolver as qualidades psicológicas do atletismo nos atletas, melhorando a competência comunicativa e a interação grupal para aumentar a eficácia do treinamento esportivo e a possibilidade de utilização de tecnologia de inteligência artificial para isso, o que pode ser considerado como uma direção promissora para nossas pesquisas futuras. . .
