Efeito do treinamento resistido com aparelhos de ginástica na força muscular e no índice de massa corporal de universitárias obesas

Vários países apresentam altas taxas de obesidade. A obesidade apresenta sérios riscos à saúde que requerem tratamento eficaz. Muita gordura reduz a força muscular, o que afeta a obesidade. O treinamento de resistência pode superar o ganho de peso e a perda muscular. O treinamento resistido com aparelhos de ginástica para mulheres obesas é pouco estudado. Os efeitos do treinamento de resistência com máquinas de ginástica na força muscular e no IMC podem ajudar os instrutores de fitness a projetar programas de exercícios apropriados. Este estudo examina como o treinamento de resistência com aparelhos de ginástica afeta a força muscular e o IMC em mulheres obesas. Um grupo de pré e pós-teste incluiu 30 mulheres obesas com idades entre 17 e 25 anos. O treinamento de resistência usa máquinas de ginástica para atingir os principais grupos musculares e perder gordura. Os presos recebem treinamento três vezes por semana durante dez semanas sob supervisão. Os exercícios de resistência incluem pulldowns, abdominais, rosca direta, supino e leg press. O teste de uma repetição máxima (1RM) mede a força muscular, enquanto a altura e o peso calculam o IMC. O efeito foi então testado pelo teste de diferenças pareadas (teste t de amostras pareadas). Dez semanas de treinamento resistido levaram a ganhos significativos de força muscular em todas as medidas (p < 0,05). Além disso, o grupo de treinamento resistido demonstrou redução significativa no IMC (p < 0,05). Essas descobertas sugerem que o treinamento de resistência com aparelhos de ginástica pode ajudar mulheres obesas a perder peso e ganhar músculos. O treinamento de resistência em aparelhos de ginástica pode ajudar mulheres obesas a perder peso e construir músculos. Este estudo sugere que o treinamento resistido sistemático pode melhorar a aptidão muscular e o controle de peso nesta população. Os efeitos a longo prazo destas terapias na saúde e no bem-estar podem ser examinados.
