Modelos de treinamento mental em disciplinas de educação física, esportes e saúde para voleibol em alunos do ensino fundamental

A associação entre aptidão mental e física é fundamental para os jovens que participam de atividades de educação física e esportivas. No entanto, as evidências atuais mostram que as escolas primárias precisam de um modelo de aprendizagem de treinamento mental e de um curso de estratégias de jogo para o voleibol. Portanto, é necessário elaborar um modelo específico de aprendizagem de treinamento mental e um curso de estratégias de jogo no voleibol para alunos do ensino fundamental. O objetivo do presente estudo foi produzir um modelo que atendesse a critérios válidos, práticos e eficazes para alunos do ensino fundamental utilizando o modelo de Borg e Gall. Observação, questionários e testes foram utilizados para coletar dados de 22 alunos do ensino fundamental com idades entre 10 e 11 anos. Um modelo de aprendizagem de treinamento mental e um curso de estratégias de jogo foram gerados para atender aos critérios válidos, à categoria prática e aos critérios efetivos para serem aplicados ao voleibol nas escolas primárias e impactar positivamente na melhoria das habilidades básicas de movimento e das técnicas básicas dos alunos. Os resultados mostraram que as habilidades motoras básicas dos alunos do ensino fundamental no voleibol foram mais eficientes após a utilização do modelo de treinamento mental e de um curso de estratégias de jogo do que sem ele. Este resultado destaca a importância da implementação de imagens de exercícios para alcançar intervenções de atividade física escolar mais atraentes e eficazes.
