As técnicas são um conjunto de formas que servem de orientação para que cada movimento seja mais fácil de praticar e com resultados mais perfeitos. Este estudo tem como objetivo descobrir a eficácia da influência do treinamento de forehand drive no tênis de mesa usando mídia de retorno. Os pesquisadores conduziram o método experimental dando tratamento a 120 alunos. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a variável habilidade forehand influencia a prática de uso da mídia de retorno da prancha. Isto é constatado pelo aumento do valor médio do pré-teste 21,42 e do pós-teste 25,03 aumentado em 3,62. Além disso, pelos resultados do teste T entre o pré e pós-teste, obteve-se valor sig = 0,000, o que significa < 0,05, portanto Ho foi rejeitado e Ha aceito. Isso influencia o nível de golpes de forehand antes e depois do exercício. Pode-se concluir que o treino de rebote tem uma influência significativa na melhoria das habilidades de chute com forehand em comparação com antes do treino.
