Formar a cultura profissional de um futuro especialista na área de educação física e esportes adaptativos

Resumo

O estudo da questão das características da organização da educação física e dos esportes adaptativos está se tornando cada vez mais popular na pesquisa social e pedagógica. Em particular, em todo o mundo e na República do Cazaquistão, está a ser dada cada vez mais atenção à expansão das oportunidades para as pessoas com deficiência. É por isso que neste momento é necessário estudar ativamente os processos relacionados com a formação e formação de competência profissional de especialistas desta categoria. Portanto, o objetivo do artigo é analisar os meios e abordagens disponíveis para a formação educacional e profissional de futuros colaboradores na área de cultura física e esportes adaptativos. Para este estudo foram utilizados diferentes meios metodológicos, entre os quais se destacam as abordagens funcional e dialética e o método de análise e síntese, comparação, classificação e generalização. Os resultados do trabalho realizado são conclusões teóricas e práticas que se relacionam com o tema em estudo e revelam a sua essência. Em particular, no início do artigo foram estudados os termos básicos, em particular, educação física adaptativa e competência profissional de um especialista em esportes adaptativos para caracterizar plenamente o objeto de pesquisa. Por sua vez, a componente final revela abordagens e formas específicas de implementar a formação e transmitir conhecimentos profissionais a futuros especialistas. O valor prático deste estudo revela-se no facto de poder ser utilizado para diversos fins, tanto como material metodológico para disciplinas académicas e cursos de formação de especialistas nesta categoria, como como material complementar para pessoas que pretendam melhorar a sua qualificação profissional. . Pesquisas futuras deverão identificar as especificidades da formação de professores em educação física adaptativa e esporte.
