In sports, it´s essential that the coach leads properly the athlete´s physical preparation due the final aim is to achieve his maximum performance. This is achieved by working harmoniously on the physical, psychological and technical-tactical preparation, since if the athlete has a high development of strength, but a poor technical gesture, he will not unfold his full potential. The objective of the study was to analyze the pitching technique of the pitchers of the 13-16 year old categories of the Itson baseball academy for the identification of movement and technique through kinematic indicators. The type of sampling is non-probabilistic for convenience, selecting seven right-handed pitchers category 13-16 years, taking video shots for the kinematic analysis in the Kinovea v8.15 software, variables of trajectory, speed, placement were obtained of the legs with respect to the body, shoulder rotation, as well as angles of the lower and upper extremities. The results show that 85.71% of the pitchers have a deficiency in phase 2, so they will lose momentum when heading home, as well as phase 4, where 100% of the pitchers presented a greater angle, which leads to release the ball goes wild in the direction of home plate. It is important that the coach take into account the deficiency in the phases since throwing is the technical gesture that most exposes to injury, it is a repetitive movement above the head producing significant mechanical overloads in the elbow and shoulder joints.
