El papel del entrenador en la capacidad decisional de los jugadores (The trainer´s role in the decisional capacity of the players)

El objetivo de este estudio es conocer y valorar el clima de tecnificación que nos podemos encontrar en una escuela o club de fútbol. Para la muestra escogimos a un equipo de fútbol profesional de la categoría de cadete, compuesto por 18 jugadores y el entrenador. El control de toma de decisiones, el grado de confianza en los jugadores, la comunicación y el clima motivacional fueron los aspectos básicos a estudiar mediante el cuestionario. En el control de toma de decisiones los jugadores opinan que tienen pocas posibilidades para decidir sobre acciones durante el juego siendo el entrenador quien toma las decisiones sobre lo que se debe realizar en el campo. En cuanto al grado de confianza los jugadores creen que el entrenador confía plenamente en ellos. Los jugadores opinan que la manera de transmitirles la información es muy respetuosa aunque a veces reaccione de manera negativa cuando se produce algún error. En lo referido al clima motivacional los jugadores opinan que el entrenador casi siempre asocia el éxito con la mejora personal y de las propias capacidades. Los resultados obtenidos durante el estudio dejan ver la correcta y especial relación existente entre el entrenador y los jugadores. La actitud del entrenador-educador será esencial a la hora de provocar en el niño curiosidades que hagan que se interesen por la práctica y de motivarlos continuamente.
Abstract: The aim of this study is knows and value the climate of modernization that we can find in a school or football´s club. For the sample we have chosen a professional football´s team of the cadet’s category, composed by 18 players and the trainer. The decisional control, the confidence degree in the players, the communication and the motivacional climate were the basic aspects to study by means of the questionnaire. In the control of capture of decisions the players think that they have few possibilities to decide on actions(shares) during the game being the trainer who takes the decisions on what it is necessary to to realize in the field. As for the confidence degree the players believe that the trainer trusts fullly in them. The players think that the way of the information transmitting them is very respectful athough sometimes he reacts in a negative way when some mistake is produced. In recounted to the motivacional climate the players think that the trainer often associates the success with the personal improvement and of the own capacities. The results obtained during the study make to see the correct and special existing relation between(among) the trainer and the players. The attitude of the trainer - educator will be essential at the moment of provoking curiosities in the child that do they are interested for the practice and of motivating them constant.
