Opinión de entrenadores, árbitros y expertos sobre la enseñanza del minibasket desde una perspectiva cualitativa (Opinion of Coaches, referees and experts about teaching of minibasket from a qualitative perspective)

El minibasket es una etapa muy importante en la formación de los futuros jugadores de baloncesto. En esta línea el objetivo del estudio fue conocer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de la opinión de entrenadores, árbitros y expertos, profundizando en la metodología y programación. El estudio se posiciona en el paradigma interpretativo, utilizando una metodología cualitativa. Se recoge la opinión de 9 entrevistados divididos en tres grupos: 3 entrenadores, 3 árbitros y 3 expertos en baloncesto. El instrumento utilizado ha sido la entrevista semi-estructurada, diseñada con el método Delphi. Los resultados obtenidos a partir del estudio se han presentado en torno a tres dimensiones. En la dimensión personal se destaca la importancia de centrarse en objetivos pedagógicos y educativos, así como en la motivación. En la dimensión metodología, se destaca el juego, las situaciones reales, el descubrimiento o los feedbacks afectivos y reflexivos. En la dimensión programación se recomienda que se debe partir del nivel inicial del jugador y/o grupo, así como el trabajo integral de la técnica, táctica y reglamento.

Abstract: Minibasket is a very important stage in the formation of future basketball players. It is therefore interesting to know the teaching-learning process through the opinion of coaches, officials and experts, deepening and programming methodology. The study belongs the interpretive paradigm, using a qualitative methodology. It reflects the opinion of 9 respondents divided into three groups: 3 coaches, 3 referees and 3 basketball experts. The instrument used was the semi-structured interview, designed using the Delphi method. The results obtained from the study were presented on three dimensions. In the Personal Dimension highlights the importance of focusing on pedagogical and educational goals, as well as motivation. In Dimension Methodology, is recommended using games, real situations, investigative teaching or affective and reflective feedbacks. In Dimension Programming is recommended to be from the initial level of the player and / or group, and developing together aspects such as technique, tactics and rules.
